What Discounts Can I Access

We believe that people looking for a car replacement or just a quality bicycle should have an option to get a feel for the bike first. To facilitate this, we offer all recognised Dealers discounted rates for bikes purchased to remain floor models. Demo Stock conditions include:

• Up to three per model year
• One per model type
• Pricing 20% below Dealer rate

We also know that Tern Riders sell (and service) Tern bikes better than anyone. To facilitate this, we offer staff at all recognised Dealers cost price for purchases of Tern bicycles and accessories. 

Further to this, promotional and seasonal discounts will be applied to support local sale incentives and market conditions. These will be announced in the regular Tern Australia newsletter with guidelines on how to apply. 

How to Apply My Discounts

Discounts can be applied by using ‘Coupons’ at the checkout and will be % deductions to the relevant product price.

For Demo models:

• Enter the coupon ‘DEMO’ at the checkout for 20% (bikes only)
• The coupon will be assessed on processing (within allocation)
• And, viola 

For Staff purchases:

• Enter the coupon ‘STAFF’ at the checkout for 25% off (bikes and accessories)
• Add your staff member’s name and email in the ‘Notes’ section of Step 5 of the checkout process
• On receiving the shipment, have your staff member sign up for Tern Care 

Note that only one coupon can be applied per order.
