Shipping of sale items will be coordinated by LEVA Group and charged as an additional unit item per order. 

Rates

Shipping rates will be applied at cost, based on the Carrier selected at checkout. After placing an order, it will be processed and shipping costs will be added to the final invoice to be emailed on dispatch of your items. See below for average shipping rates (exc. GST).  

1. Rates based on interstate shipment of 1 x GSD (largest boxed model)
2. Only available on select stock in VIC, NSW, QLD
3. Flat delivery rate for 1-20 units
4. Average rate per accessory

Freight Quotes

To request a quote for shipping charges on your order:

• Select your products
• Follow the checkout process, including any applicable discounts
• At ‘Step 5’ of your checkout process, include the note “send me a shipping quote” in the ‘Add Notes About Your Order’ field
• Click ‘Confirm Order’
• Your order will be reviewed and a Sales Order emailed to you with freight costs for approval

Additional Shipping Support

While Tern Bicycles are world class compact bikes, some of the Tern eBike range is built with a little more mass and length to ensure they can Get Stuff Done. Unfortunately, this means freight for these items can be a little higher than your old single speed. 

We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to have Tern products in store so you can offer the best sales experience - stock to show, stock to test, stock to send straight out the door. Our recommendations for improving the cost effectiveness of ordering include:

• Order ahead - Understanding your market and ordering ahead to ensure you have stock in hand for sales delivers the best customer experience and allows you to choose a value carrier where delivery time is not critical
• Order the set - Ensuring you are stocking the correct accessories with bikes in stock or on offer allows us to ship efficiently (consolidating items) and you to manage things in one process - a single order and a single customer transaction and 
• Order in volume - Freight costs are lower per unit when multiple items are shipped together. Discounts between 10-30% from the single price for shipping up to 4 items are available and shipping palletised items even more cost effective

We’re also committed to rewarding great work - our shipping rebate scheme will be available from July 1, 2023 and will work to level the playing field across the country. Where Dealers exceed their minimum order quantity by 100% (great work!), any shipping costs above the average rate for those extra sales will be reimbursed as credit.
